History of Bamyan DoWA

The ministry of Women's Affairs has been established in the year 1380 on the basis of the Bonn Agreement in the context of the government of the Islamic State of Afghanistan.

At the beginning of the Bamyan Provincial Affairs Department, there was no administrative repair in the Karei Valley in theof Toluwar, Bamiyan Center. In 2004, the Women's Development Center was built by the JICA Institute in the Chahouni Valley alongside the Provincial Governor's Office.

At the Women's Development Center, courses on computer training, English language, cooking, hairdressing, sewing and gardening for women were created. Between 2004 and 2008, more than 5,000 women were graduated from the training.

In 2008, the project of the JICA Institute was completed in Bamyan. The training center was renamed to the Ministry of Finance.

In 1389, the Directorate of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Nursing and Midwifery, at the cost of (11397500), built the first phase of the Bamyan City Master Plan, located in the Isaac Chapa Valley, one of the most important achievements of the Department of Public Affairs. The Directorate of Entrepreneurs has carried out hundreds of small and medium-sized mid-career projects (processing of fruits, especially leeks of salt from apricot juice) in Kahmard, Mashghan district, and wool pads and handicrafts in all districts to reduce poverty.
